Pauline Boichon

About me

Bonjour bonjour ! I'm Pauline, I am French from a small city close to Lyon.

I have a secret… French can be fun! Oui oui oui!

I have been teaching in London for the past four years, mainly adults. I like languages! First I got a degree in Foreign Languages applied to trade, and then I realised that I had this need for social interactions via teaching my (beautiful) language, therefore I studied and got a Master's degree in Teaching French as a Foreign Language.

My approach

One of the most effective ways that I assist FFL students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans that facilitate all learning styles. I research, locate and incorporate a variety of resources to accommodate students via both visual and audio methods. I truly believe in having a native speaker as a teacher is considerable. I attach importance to bringing my culture, my knowledge and also my experience as a learner myself. I decided to be a teacher thanks to amazing encounters, competent teachers I have met through my education. That is the enthusiasm about languages and education in general that I am determined to share.
